Why does this board consistently act at the last legally allowed moment?
Examples:
- Law requires one meeting per quarter
- Meetings held on 9/26 and 12/4
- The 2025 budget meeting was held on 12/29
- Two days before the budget took effect and payments were due
- Election on 12/19
- It’s the holidays. Why can’t it be earlier?
This is emblematic of a Reactionary board and not a Proactive Board.
Why is nothing handled earlier?
Why is there construction in our lobby without any explanation or costs?
