Would You Accept This From Your Contractor?
If a contractor told you they couldn’t provide:
- a completion date
- or even a date range
Would you accept that?
Then why is it acceptable for the second floor garage elevator lobby project?
We were told there is no estimated completion date due to inspections under an open permit.
Is no timeline at all reasonable?
