Today, 12/23/25, the management office closed at 3:00 PM, despite posted signage indicating standard later hours. This is not Christmas Eve, nor is it a holiday.
There was no announcement on email and no notice posted on the door. We have two electronic announcement systems; Livvie and the FSR mailing list. Neither posted anything about closing early.
The office is understaffed due to ongoing board directed employee turnover. Closing early without explanation only adds to residents’ frustration and reinforces concerns about management and board accountability.
