This image tells you everything.
For seven straight weeks, two out of three elevators have been out of service.
That’s not bad luck—that’s by decision from our board.
One of those elevators has now been down for over six months.
Again, not an accident. A choice by our board.
So what does that leave residents with?
Long waits. Crowded lobbies. And when you finally get inside the one working elevator—you’re stepping around a spill and a caution sign.
This is what “luxury living” looks like right now.
Had guests over this weekend?
What impression do you think they walked away with?
Here’s a question worth asking:
Did you know that three members of our board barely use these elevators?
• Julian Barbat — in France for roughly half the year as he does every year
• Christian Bagshaw — lives on the third floor
• Jose Massuh — owns an end unit with a working private elevator
Maybe that explains the silence.
Because when you don’t experience the problem, it’s easy to ignore it.
