What is your expectation when it comes to communication from our association?
Do you agree with the priority of multiple reminders that social events and parties seem to receive?
At the same time, important operational updates often are missing or lack detail or follow-up:

- No message was sent when Elevator #4 returned to service after the 1/30/26 (above) notice that it was out of order. This is especially important now, as it is one of only two elevators that access the second-floor garage there are supposed to be five.
- Fire alarms sounded on Monday 2/2 and Tuesday 2/3. On Tuesday (Not on Monday), it was eventually announced as a test. How much time would it have taken to notify residents in advance?

As pointed out in this series what happened or is happening with elevator #2? It has been out of service for well over two months
These are the types of communications that directly affect daily life in the building.
Is this happening because the office is short-staffed without a manager?
Or do staff fear they cannot send communications without direct board president’s approval?
Either way, the result is the same: residents are left without timely, useful information.
