With today’s notification that the service elevator is out of service, we are now down to three of our six elevators — and only one elevator that reaches all floors.
This has never happened in the history of this building.
Let’s be clear: this is not the fault of the service provider, TKE.
This is the result of yet another ill-fated decision by the board.
Why has one elevator been out of service for five months?
And Then There’s The Package Room…
Why was a receiving clerk fired on the Friday after Thanksgiving?
- Receiving was closed the very next day — the Saturday after Black Friday.
- The following Monday, the remaining clerk walked into chaos.
- He asked for help. It was denied.
- He quit.
What followed was a six-week fiasco.
Even now, many residents are still not receiving notifications when packages arrive.
Do you see a pattern?
There is no planning for foreseeable consequences — and residents are left dealing with the fallout.
Add in Lawsuits
For five years, there were no lawsuits filed against the association.
Now, there are three in the past two years.
These are not random events.
These are problems created by this board.
